Upasam Nursing Academy, is a Nursing Training School, located in N.H.-34, Collegepara, Raiganj, Uttar Dinajpur district of West Bengal. We offers General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM) course, which is Affiliated By Dept. of Health & FW, Govt. of West Bengal & West Bengal Nursing Council(W.B.N.C.). We constantly maintain an all-inclusive infrastructure having a library, hostel facility, laboratories, indoor and outdoor sports area and much more.
Upasam Nursing Academy is the Nursing Training School in West Bengal. We have a brilliant and experienced faculty to train the students in the field of nursing. Furthermore, we ensure that on completion of the nursing course, our students get appropriate job placement to display their qualification and nursing expertise in renowned Private/Government Hospitals which may be within the district, state, and country.

10+2 with English and must have obtained a minimum of 40% at the qualifying examination and English individually from any recognized board. 10+2 with English having 40% of marks in vocational ANM course from the school recognized by Indian Nursing Council. Students shall be medically fit.
Admission is provided in GNM training for female candidates only
Minimum and Maximum age for admission will be 17 and 35 years.
10+2 with English having 40% of marks in Vocational Stream - Health Care science from CBSE Board.
Medical fitness will be a precondition for admission to the Institute
Nursing aspirants can apply for the General Nursing and Midwifery programme once they have completed their class 12 exams with Biology, Chemistry, and Physics as compulsory subjects. Admissions in GNM courses are done mostly on the basis of marks secured by a candidate in class 12 exams. Colleges release a merit list on the basis of candidate's performance in the 10+2 exam.

The course curriculum is great and the faculty members are very
friendly they help a lot and guide us in a very good manner.
Placements from our college is average.almost 55% students get
placements in campus interview.others do not qualify in the
campus.some of our college teachers are the members of our
college placement cell.they try their best for every student's
placements.
My faculty right from the first semester took us for plenty of
visits to various hotels as well as to a food truck factory.
Well experienced and talented faculties are there in our
college.their way of teaching and devotion to study is
commendable.they want to give every student propers training and
teaching so that after passing out they can easily get their
desired job.
No i am not residing in the hostel, but the hostel here is
awesome , the rooms are provided on sharing basis and the rooms
are air-conditioned ,food provided in hostel is also very good.
Upasam Nursing Academy ,kolkata is a good institute for
engineering.i got admitted in the college this year ,the college
is having well equipped labs.
