Priyamvada Birla Institute of Nursing aims to be the excellent leading centre for nursing education and practice and objectives to enable its students to practice at the highest standard of professionalism, providing accurate, independent diagnosis and effective treatment. Our students will master all facets of nursing care from the basics to the most complex and put them into practice within an inter-disciplinary health care team and instilled with the values and principles of nursing excellence.

They maintain an active practice, introducing students to the challenges of nursing care by bringing real experiences into the classroom and nursing laboratories. Their participation is wide-ranging, from best clinical practices to effective health policy and help shape the delivery of health care in India and around the World.
As part of Belle Vue Clinic, Kolkata, Priyamvada Birla Institute of Nursing enjoys a unique collaboration with a panel of physicians and surgeons from varied disciplines, the students are exposed to experience-sharing with people, who serve as a resource on global health and health-related issues for nursing and other health care providers, policymakers and the public.
Our Institute PBIN is accredited by Indian Nursing Council (INC) and affiliated to West Bengal Nursing Council (WBNC) and West Bengal University of Health Sciences.

Eligibility
The applicant should have passed (10+2) examination with English as a subject and must have obtained a minimum of 40% marks at the aggregate at the qualifying examination from any stream (Arts/Commerce/Science) and must pass in English subject, from any recognized Board. Candidates are also eligible from State Open School recognized by the State Government and National Institute of Open School (NIOS), recognized by the Central Government, 10+2 with English having 40% of marks in Vocational stream - Healthcare Science from a recognized CBSE Board/Centre.
Age & Sex
The candidate must be (Female only) between the ages of 17 to 35 years as on 31 December of the same year of the session.
Nationality
She should be citizen of India.
She shall be a resident of West Bengal uninterruptedly for at least ten years, preceding the date of making the application for admission.
The residential certificate should be issued by a Gazetted officer/MLA/ZillaParishad/Sabhadhipati/Mayor of Municipal Corporation.

The course curriculum is great and the faculty members are very
friendly they help a lot and guide us in a very good manner.
Placements from our college is average.almost 55% students get
placements in campus interview.others do not qualify in the
campus.some of our college teachers are the members of our
college placement cell.they try their best for every student's
placements.
My faculty right from the first semester took us for plenty of
visits to various hotels as well as to a food truck factory.
Well experienced and talented faculties are there in our
college.their way of teaching and devotion to study is
commendable.they want to give every student propers training and
teaching so that after passing out they can easily get their
desired job.
No i am not residing in the hostel, but the hostel here is
awesome , the rooms are provided on sharing basis and the rooms
are air-conditioned ,food provided in hostel is also very good.
Priyamvada Birla Institute Of Nursing ,kolkata is a good institute for
engineering.i got admitted in the college this year ,the college
is having well equipped labs.
