Eligibility
Age & Sex The candidate must be female only. Married or unmarried aged between 17 to 35 years as on 31/12/2023 for the Academic Session 2023-27.
Nationality
She should be citizen of India.
She shall be a resident of West Bengal uninterruptedly for atleast five years preceding the date of making the application for admission to the training Academy.
The residential certificate should be issued by Gazetted officer/MLA/Zila Parishad Sabhadhipati/Mayor of Municipal Corporation.
Education
Candidate must have passed 10+2 Examinations with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English and vernacular. Candidate must have secured minimum 45% of marks in PCB taken together and passed in English individually. English is compulsory subject in 10+2 for being eligible for admission to B.Sc. (Nursing).
Desirable performance in joint entrance (JENPAUH) examination conducted by the university.
Selection Process Selection will be based on JENPAUH merit list and counselling.
Medical Fitness Candidate should be medically fit.
Vacations As per norms laid down by West Bengal University of Health Sciences.
Examination University examination will be conducted every year on the subjects covered during that respective year.
Registration The students who are declared successful in the final year examination are eligible for registration with the W.B.N.C. as Registered Nurse.

The course curriculum is great and the faculty members are very
friendly they help a lot and guide us in a very good manner.
Placements from our college is average.almost 55% students get
placements in campus interview.others do not qualify in the
campus.some of our college teachers are the members of our
college placement cell.they try their best for every student's
placements.
My faculty right from the first semester took us for plenty of
visits to various hotels as well as to a food truck factory.
Well experienced and talented faculties are there in our
college.their way of teaching and devotion to study is
commendable.they want to give every student propers training and
teaching so that after passing out they can easily get their
desired job.
No i am not residing in the hostel, but the hostel here is
awesome , the rooms are provided on sharing basis and the rooms
are air-conditioned ,food provided in hostel is also very good.
Medisky Nursing Institute ,kolkata is a good institute for
engineering.i got admitted in the college this year ,the college
is having well equipped labs.
