SWAMI VIVEKANANDA UNIVERSAL COLLEGE OF EDUCATION College is an initiative of Gitanjali Foundation, for the establishment of quality educational institutions to deliver high standard teachers’ education demanding Excellencies in B.A/B.SC Four Years integrated, B.ED and D.El.Ed training education among aspiring teachers to build up their promising academic future.
The objective is to provide the facility of quality Teacher’s Training Education from Diploma & Bachelor’s level, presently the institution offers four years integrated course of B.A/B.SC, Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) and two years course of Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed). In last years of academic record has proved its name as an Institution of Excellent Education with an average of 90% of first division per year among many teacher’s training Colleges in West Bengal.

Make endeavors to organize vocational streams, technical education and multidisciplinary fields of training for developing entrepreneurship and leadership by providing innovation in the field of management, engineering, technology and medical disciplines. Produce highly skilled and qualified professionals equipped with requisite applied knowledge and abilities to improve the socio-economic conditions of the society with special emphasis on rural development.

The course curriculum is great and the faculty members are very
friendly they help a lot and guide us in a very good manner.
Placements from our college is average.almost 55% students get
placements in campus interview.others do not qualify in the
campus.some of our college teachers are the members of our
college placement cell.they try their best for every student's
placements.
My faculty right from the first semester took us for plenty of
visits to various hotels as well as to a food truck factory.
Well experienced and talented faculties are there in our
college.their way of teaching and devotion to study is
commendable.they want to give every student propers training and
teaching so that after passing out they can easily get their
desired job.
No i am not residing in the hostel, but the hostel here is
awesome , the rooms are provided on sharing basis and the rooms
are air-conditioned ,food provided in hostel is also very good.
Swami Vivekananda Universal College Of Education ,kolkata is a good institute for
engineering.i got admitted in the college this year ,the college
is having well equipped labs.
